GPR立式?jīng)_擊破碎機(Sand Maker)

GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機是從結構到工作原理都不同于常規顎式破碎機、圓錐破碎機和輥式破碎機等強制式破碎設備,也不同于常規球磨機和自磨、半自磨機等概率式粉磨設備,又不同于傳統反擊式破碎機和錘式破碎機等沖擊式破碎設備的一種新型沖擊式破碎機。GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機廣泛用于金屬和非金屬礦石、水泥、耐火材料、鋁礬土、金剛砂、玻璃原料、建筑材料、人工造砂以及各種冶金礦渣的細碎,特別對中硬、特硬物料比其他類(lèi)型的破碎機更具有優(yōu)越性。
 
GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機特點(diǎn):
(1) 結構簡(jiǎn)單合理、運行成本低。利用石打石原理,磨損小。
(2)破碎率高、節能。
(3)具有細碎、粗磨功能。
(4)受物料水分含量影響小、含水份可達8%左右。
(5)更工作噪聲低于75分貝(db級),粉塵污染少。
(6)適合破碎中硬、特硬物料。
(7)產(chǎn)品成立方體,堆積密度大,鐵污染極小。
(8)葉輪自襯磨損小、維修方便。
 
GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機結構
GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機主要由進(jìn)料斗、分料器、渦動(dòng)破碎腔、葉輪體、主軸總成、底座、傳動(dòng)裝置及電機等七部分組成。
1.進(jìn)料斗
進(jìn)料斗的結構為一倒立的棱臺體(或圓筒體),進(jìn)料口設置耐磨環(huán),從給料設備的來(lái)料經(jīng)給料斗進(jìn)入破碎機。
 
2.分料器
分料器安裝在渦動(dòng)破碎腔的上部,分料器的作用就是將從給料斗來(lái)料進(jìn)行分流,使一部分物料經(jīng)由中心入料管直接進(jìn)入葉輪被逐漸加速到較高速度拋射出去,使另一部分物料從中心入料管的外側,旁路進(jìn)入渦動(dòng)破碎腔內葉輪的外側,被從葉輪拋射出來(lái)的高速度物料沖擊破碎,不增加功率消耗,增大生產(chǎn)能力,提高破碎效率。
 
3.渦動(dòng)破碎腔
渦動(dòng)破碎腔的結構形狀為上、下兩段圓柱體組成的環(huán)形空間,葉輪在渦動(dòng)破碎腔內高速旋轉,渦動(dòng)破碎腔內也能駐留物料,形成物料襯層,物料的破碎過(guò)程發(fā)生在渦動(dòng)破碎腔內,由物料襯層將破碎作用渦動(dòng)破碎腔壁隔開(kāi),使破碎作用僅限于物料之間,起到耐磨自襯的作用。觀(guān)察孔是觀(guān)察葉輪流道發(fā)射口處耐磨塊的磨損情況及渦動(dòng)破碎腔頂部襯板的磨損情況,破碎機工作時(shí)必須將觀(guān)察孔密封關(guān)嚴。分料器固定在渦動(dòng)破碎腔的上部圓柱段。葉輪高速旋轉產(chǎn)生氣流,在渦動(dòng)破碎腔內通過(guò)分料器、葉輪形成內部自循環(huán)系統。
 
4.葉輪
葉輪結構由特殊材料制作的空心圓柱體,安裝在主軸總成上端軸頭上,用圓錐套和鍵聯(lián)接傳遞鈕距,高速旋轉,葉輪是pl立式?jīng)_擊破碎機的關(guān)鍵元件。物料由葉輪上部分料器的中心入料管進(jìn)入葉輪的中心。由葉輪中心的布料錐體將物料均勻的分配到葉輪的各個(gè)發(fā)射流道,在發(fā)射流道出口,安裝有特殊材料制成的耐磨塊,可以更換。葉輪將物料加速到60-75m/s速度拋射出去,沖擊到渦動(dòng)破碎腔內的物料襯層,進(jìn)行強烈的自粉碎,在錐帽和耐磨塊之間裝有上、下流道板,保護葉輪不受磨損。
 
5.主軸總成
主軸總成安裝在底座上,用以傳遞電動(dòng)機經(jīng)由三角皮帶傳來(lái)的動(dòng)力及支撐葉輪旋轉運動(dòng)。主軸總成由軸承座、主軸、軸承等組成。
 
6.底座
渦動(dòng)破碎腔、主軸總成、電動(dòng)機、傳動(dòng)裝置均安裝在底座上,底座結構形狀,中部為四棱柱空間,四棱柱空間的中心,用于安裝主軸總成,兩側形成排料通道。雙電動(dòng)機安裝在底座縱向兩端,底座可安裝在支架上,也可直接安裝在基礎上。
 
7.傳動(dòng)裝置
采用單電機或雙電機驅動(dòng)的皮帶傳動(dòng)機構(75KW以上,為雙電機傳動(dòng)),雙電機驅動(dòng)兩臺電動(dòng)機分別安裝在主軸總成兩側,兩電機皮帶輪用皮帶與主軸皮帶輪相連,使主軸兩側受力平衡,不產(chǎn)生附加力矩。
 
GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機工作原理
物料由機器上部垂直落入高速旋轉的葉輪內,在高速離心力的作用下,與另一部分以傘狀形式分流在葉輪四周的物料產(chǎn)生高速撞擊與粉碎,物料在互相撞擊后,又會(huì )在葉輪和機殼之間以物料形成渦流多次的互相撞擊、摩擦而粉碎,從下部直通排出,形成閉路多次循環(huán),由篩分設備控制達到所要求的成品粒度。
 
GPR立式?jīng)_擊式破碎機維護與保養
⒈定期停機打開(kāi)觀(guān)察門(mén)觀(guān)察沖擊式制砂機內部磨損情況,中心入料管、錐帽、葉輪上、下流道襯板、圓周護板、耐磨塊的磨損程度,磨損后應及時(shí)更換或修補,更換耐磨塊時(shí)應同時(shí)更換,保證耐磨塊重量相同。嚴禁破碎機工作過(guò)程中打開(kāi)觀(guān)察門(mén)觀(guān)察內部工作情況,以免發(fā)生危險。發(fā)現葉輪體磨損及時(shí)更換找制造廠(chǎng)家修補。特別注意,未經(jīng)制造廠(chǎng)家同意,嚴禁私自自制葉輪。
⒉制砂機的傳動(dòng)三角膠帶拉緊力大小應調整適當,以保證三角膠帶受力均勻,雙電機驅動(dòng)時(shí),兩側三角膠帶應進(jìn)行分組選配使其每組長(cháng)度盡可能一致,方能保證制砂機設備節能高效;
⒊制砂機在工作到400小時(shí)的時(shí)候應適量的加入潤滑脂,到工作到2000小時(shí)的時(shí)候就要打開(kāi)主軸總成對承進(jìn)行清洗了,如果工作到7200小時(shí)的時(shí)后就必須更換新的軸承了。
⒋制砂機的潤滑為干油潤滑方式,加入量為軸承空腔的二分之一到三分之二,每工作一班時(shí),添加適量潤滑脂。
⒌在工作過(guò)程中,因制砂機屬于高速運轉的設備,應該特別的注意安全。工作人員應遠離設備,若需上機修理的話(huà),必須斷電后方可進(jìn)行操作。

Working Principle

GPR Vertical-shaft Impact Crusher (also known as “Sand Maker”) has two feed modes – “feed at center” and “feed at center & sides”. As for the former mode “feed at center”, materials at the feed hopper firstly pass through the central hole into the high-speed spinning rotor. In the rotor, materials are fully accelerated and thrown outwards from the launching port to collide with a part of materials that freely fall after rebound. Next, materials hit the surrounding vortex material liner (or the impact block) inside the vortex chamber together. In the chamber, materials are bounced to the top of crushing chamber firstly and then change their direction by moving downwards to form a material curtain with materials emitted from the runner of impeller. Finally, finished products are discharged from the bottom discharge opening. As for the latter mode “feed at center & sides”, firstly, materials at the feed hopper pass through the circular hole. Then, materials are divided into two parts by the distributing tray. One part of materials enter the high-speed rotating impeller while the other part of materials fall from all sides of the tray. Materials in the impeller would be accelerated rapidly and thrown outwards at a high speed to collide with materials falling from all sides of the tray. Next, all materials hit the surrounding vortex material liner (or the impact block) inside the vortex chamber together. In the chamber, materials are bounced to the top of crushing chamber firstly and then change their direction by moving downwards to form a material curtain with materials emitted from the runner of impeller. Finally, finished products are discharged from the bottom discharge opening.
